If you have an active bid that a seller has not accepted you can take down your bid on your buying dashboard. However, when the bid is accepted you can not cancel the transaction. We highly recommend listing the ticket if you do not need the ticket anymore.What if I don't send my ticket in 24 hours?
If your ticket is not sent in 24 hours, SeatStock will refund the buyer with their payment. Your account will be investigated, which if done multiple times can ban your account.What if I don't receive my ticket?
If your ticket is not received in 24 hours, but the seller has confirmed it was sent, SeatStock will commence further investigation. Please contact support.Where can I find my tickets?

Listing your tickets for sale on SeatStock is easy. Simply log in to your account, click on the 'Sell Tickets' button, fill in the necessary details about the event, and set your price. Once your listing is live, other students can view and purchase your ticket.How do I edit my listing?

Secondary ticket markets are complex, and most ticket orders can't be canceled or refunded once they've been submitted to ensure the validity of the tickets you're purchasing or selling.How do I transfer my ticket?

Yes, once you accept the tickets, they're all yours. If you cannot attend the game anymore, simply sell them to someone else.What happens when a game is rescheduled?
Should an event be rescheduled, your tickets will generally remain valid for the revised date, contingent upon the venue's specific policies. Unfortunately, SeatStock and our sellers cannot provide refunds for events that are merely postponed, unless cancellation is confirmed by the artist, team, or venue, or if State legislation explicitly requires otherwise.What happens when a game is cancelled?
No further action is needed from you. Refunds will be automatically issued to the original payment method. You can expect to see the refund in your account within 5-10 business days.What kind of events are listed on SeatStock?

If an event is postponed, your tickets will most likely be valid for the new date, although this will depend on the venue's policy. SeatStock and our sellers are unable to offer refunds for rescheduled events unless the event is canceled outright by the team, venue, or State law directly stipulates otherwise.
